My company has had enrollment changes that aren’t reflected on my bill. Should I still pay the monthly premium as billed? Top
Yes, this keeps your billing statement accurate and up-to-date. Any changes (i.e. enrollment changes, etc.) will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
 
Do we need to send a copy of the billing statement in with the payment?  
Yes, this insures prompt and accurate processing.
 
When is my premium due?  
Premiums are due on the first day of the insurance month and no later than the last day of your grace period.

Call the premium customer service team at 1-800-351-2526. If you sign up for the Automated Customer Enrollment system, you can have access to this information online.
 
How are updates made through the ACE system?  
Updates are made in real-time. They go directly into Trustmark's administration system.
 
Where do I order more certificate booklets for my company?  
These need to be ordered from your sales representative.

These can be downloaded from www.trustmarklife.com/group/members/claims.cfm or they can be ordered from your sales representative.
 
How do I request and receive a HIPAA certificate of creditable coverage?

What is COBRA?  
COBRA is a federally mandated program regarding extension of insurance benefits for employees and/or their dependents. If an employee loses coverage, his or her dependents may be eligible to apply for the COBRA benefits. COBRA applies to groups with 20 or more employees.
