Group life insurance coverage can be based on employee classification or salary with a minimum benefit of $15,000 per employee.   Accidental Death and Dismemberment Included with life insurance coverage, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits are equal to the group life benefit for each insured employee. AD&D benefits are payable for death, dismemberment and loss of sight of an insured employee. There is a choice of non-occupational injury benefit and a 24-hour coverage only benefit.   Dental Insurance Trustmark Group Select's Dental plans offer a full range of dental care services: preventive, basic, major and orthodontia services. Employees can select their own dentist and will receive fast, efficient claim payment by our expert claims customer service team. The most economical plan covers preventive and basic services. Expanded coverage allows you to choose major and orthodontia services.   Weekly/Monthly Disability Income Top Weekly Disability Income plans protect an employee's income in case of a short-term disability due to unexpected, non-occupational illness or injury. Options that are core components of the plan include: a benefit period, an elimination period, a maximum benefit percentage of salary and a maximum weekly benefit.   Long-Term Disability Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance is designed to replace a portion of an employee's income lost due to a prolonged disability. LTD covers both occupational and non-occupational injuries. Trustmark Group Select's LTD plan allows groups to choose the core components of the plan: a benefit duration period, an elimination period, a maximum benefit percentage of salary, a maximum monthly benefit and an integration method. Optional benefits, including cost of living adjustments and survivor benefits, are also available.   Top An employer may also choose from certain Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions' products.
