Trustmark Group Select teams with WellPoint to offer outpatient prescription drug coverage. We offer two types of outpatient prescription drug programs: Tiered copay plans and Rx Price Assurance (Group Select HSA is only available with Rx Price Assurance.) Tiered copay plans provide various deductible, copay and or coinsurance options. Rx Price Assurance is a prescription drug discount program through WellPoint network pharmacies. Both tiered copay plans and Rx Price Assurance provide coverage for outpatient prescriptions purchased at a network pharmacy or through mail-order.

Tiered copay plans place drugs into tiers. Generic drugs are in the 1st tier (lowest copayment). Preferred brand drugs are in the 2nd tier (middle copayment) and nonpreferred brand drugs are in the 3rd tier (highest copayment). The copayment amount is determined by the prescription drug benefit plan selected by your employer. The Wellpoint Formulary lists all covered drugs and the drug tier. Since many brand name drugs have generic alternatives available at a lower cost, our prescription drug plans encourage generic drugs and mail order when possible.

Wellpoint Formulary
A drug formulary is a comprehensive list of prescription drugs selected by a committee of physicians and pharmacists. The committee determines the list using strict criteria such as safety and effectiveness.

Commonly Prescribed Drug List
Prescription drugs on the Commonly Prescribed Drug List are available to you at a lower cost as part of your prescription drug benefit. The Commonly Prescribed drug list is comprised of select generic and brand-name drugs and serves as a guide for getting excellent values at a member pharmacy.

Trustmark Group Select members may login to the WellPoint website to access many helpful member services. Refer to your medical ID card to see if your prescription drug benefits are provided through WellPoint. Login to WellPointrx.com where you can:

• Check your eligibility
• Search for specific prescription drugs and their price
• Find a local pharmacy
• Contact customer service
• Access mail order services through PrecisionRx

• Order refills on your prescription drugs
