EXPRESS is a safe, secure, encrypted website that allows you to enter eligibility updates, additions, deletions or other changes to your enrollment and eligibility information via the Internet. EXPRESS also provides access to run eligibility reports and view sample bills. In addition to EXPRESS User Guides and Manuals, the system has an online help page for each screen that offers field descriptions and instructions that will walk you through each step of the enrollment process. You may also choose to offer EXPRESS access to your employees as well so they may easily log onto the Internet and make their benefit selections and changes at home with their families. As the Group Administrator, you are notified of any transactions entered by your employees that would affect your premium bill and payroll deductions.
