Open Enrollment for Your 2011 Benefits
Welcome to open enrollment for your 2011 benefits. Choosing your benefits is an important responsibility, so take the time to carefully review all materials provided and discuss your choices with your family.
Since being well informed about your health status helps you make better choices on your path to wellness, Trustmark is once again offering a financial incentive to help you get the information you need. You can lower your medical premiums by $240 in 2011 by completing the four easy steps of the Be Your Best Self health improvement program (outlined at right) by the deadlines indicated. Remember, deadlines are firm and cannot be extended, so don’t wait until the last minute since unexpected circumstances may arise.
